Interesting to be aware of the cycles one goes through when faced with tough times, even some that are near impossible to most. One may express themselves creatively, experiment with drugs, reach out to others, or drown in tears sea deep searching and pining over that feeling of connected-ness; and then there is the "aha" moment of certainty following behind ever so slowly, showing itself in bits, counting on you alone to draw the pieces together into there correct form. A cognitive ability one must learn in order to survive the years after young adulthood.
